The spirit of Vermont means exploring your home vistas, like photographer Josh Bilodeau (IG: josh_bilodeau) when he snapped this stunning hiking scene. What Vermont view is your favorite? 🏔 #thisisvt#dreamvermont... See MoreSee Less
If you need help making that happen, perhaps these 360 degree panoramic views will help... Waterbury Reservoir/Little River State Park to the east --> Camel's Hump to the south --> Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks to the west and --> Mighty Mansfield to the north --> rinse, repeat, don't get dizzy.

It's official; lift-serviced mountain biking received the green light from the state! We're excited to open Killington Bike Park this weekend, but it won't be business as usual.
Here's how we're operating and what you need to know before arriving: • The Bike Park is open to passholders only Saturday, June 6 and Sunday, June 7 and to the general public on Friday, June 12. • Reservations are required for all passholders planning to ride this weekend. The reservation page will be live at 9am on Thursday, June 4, and the number of reservations is limited, so please sign up in advance. You will need a reservation for each passholder in your group. • We're open to Vermont residents and non-residents who have met the state-mandated 14-day quarantine requirement and who are in good health. • After opening weekend, the Bike Park is expected to operate Friday through Sunday for the month of June from 10am-5pm with the Snowshed trails and Snowshed Express Quad available only.
And when are you lifting the 14 day quarantine period from the plandemic? We have a trip in July to visit but there are plenty of other bike parks that will take our money otherwise.
So if I bought a season pass and live and work in town I still may not be able to ride my bike?
Are you still allowing camping? And when will ramshead and k1 open??
Guys...let’s all hype down. It’s opening weekend in a new “normal”. Yup we all may not be able to ride. Yup there are going to be glitches, just as there have been at Thunder, Timberline, and other ski and bike resorts which are reopening.
I am sure that Mike and the crew at Killington are working through all the expected and unexpected hurdles to make this happen 24-7.
Remember, no one said Killington had to open! The easy answer would have been to stay closed. So let’s take a breath and see how this unfold over the next week!
Can’t wait to get back to Killington Resort. #beast365
So let’s get this straight ... We need 14 days to visit Vt for a weekend ... so 16 days in total for a weekend in VT.
Well we have jobs so this will never happen...but guessing Vt will be happy... as our primary home is in NJ ... (so I fully expect our car will be keyed if we should come).
We own a second home in Vt which we guess we will not be able to visit anytime soon...all we can say is ... so sorry Vt😢😢😢
us from the “contagion state” will stay away.
BTW I work in a hospital and served my community continuously throughout this horrible pandemic and still test neg for this virus.
Your policies are over the top and will kill your economy and alienate rights of those who own property in Vt...not good😢
Fav place to ride hands down. Hope I make it up there this year!!!
So out of state people need to spend 14 days in VT before riding the trails after opening weekend?
This is great news!
Killington told me the out of state quarantine is over on June 15th. Have fun y’all!
Since I’m not eligible from NYS WHY is my 365 pass active again?
Please realize people that we are in a pandemic...hopefully a once in a lifetime event. Things have changed. We all need to adjust our thinking. Weekend trips out of the area or states are not a good idea right now. Let’s not bemoan the past or boohoo the reality. We do what we have to. Oh, and Vermont only requires a 7 day quarantine and then a test. So, come for longer if you can, and enjoy the green mountains.
Mountain Creek is opening tomorrow
Let's fly some bikes! 🤘🏻 Thank you Killington Resort🙏🏻
Want my skiing
Ernie DeBlasi Rob P Rimavicus. Here you go the mountain is open for riders.
Dennis Labonte, Charlotte Engelman have you seen this?
So there you have it folks. Quarantine in VT is effectively over. Many people don’t have to quarantine at all. Everyone else can do so at home before they visit. Since I’ve enjoyed getting lectured to and provided with links to the rules like I was an 8 year old or a stupid touron for 9 weeks...here you go. Back at ya:
Racial equality is failing on many fronts most importantly with basic human rights; however, skiing is a sport, hobby or a vacation. It’s income inequality that is your problem ... mt snow and vail resorts are pricing out any other class then the wealthy. We lower classes have to pick and choose a day here or there or hope for a deal on a season pass. I’ve watched it happen over 20 years at Mt snow. It’s pathetic. How exactly do you intend to help?
Thank you for making a statement. There is absolutely a race problem in skiing, though! Lift lines are whiter than the trails.
OMG lilly white Vail Resorts Bawahahahaha. All lives matter
One of the reasons I LOVE SKIING AT MT SNOW is precisely because of the diversity there. People of color are still a minority there, but it’s at least not a completely white lift line. We love it.
Thank you for standing in solidarity! 🇺🇸
Thank you Mount Snow and Vail. Black Lives Do Matter. Standing against injustice does matter.
Hmmm, are people are attacking the multi-millionaire celebrities, musicians, sports stars & random wealthy people who support racial justice? Not sure you can target just the ski industry if you want wealth out of the social equation here.
Thank you I will now have no problem renewing my Epic pass. I want to ride at resorts that I'm welcomed at. Kudos to you Vail resorts I call you out all the time but I can't deny this is awesome and I commend you guys on this one.
Just don't be like Reese's
Dont be cowards, call it murder.
Skiing is the ultimate definition of white privilege.
Thank you Mount Snow! Black lives matter!
Everyone feels this way; but I didn't follow your site to see posts like this. UNFOLLOWING NOW.
Free passes for everyone that is not Caucasian.
White snow on your mountain! That's wrong!
Not much diversity in most of the the professional sports
What's new from K2?
Thank you Mount Snow!
Thank you I needed you to tell me this
Look at the comments in here Mount Snow and start banning racists from your resorts.
Or is this just a social media post for one day with no action planned?
Focus on skiing and stop pushing divisive political issues!
Just concentrate on your actual job. This virtue signaling is embarrassing.
Thank you Okemo. I love skiing with all my heart but am also very aware that I am privileged where others are not. Would love to see more diversity in the sport but first would love to see more equality of justice in our nation. Anyone who doesn't get that lives at the core of the problem.
There is no systemic racism. Learn before you repeat drivel.
