Smuggs Madonna I. It was the longest chair lift until Killington Great Eastern.
The original gondola at Mt. Snow along with the chain drive lifts with their aluminum covers over the chairs that attempted to keep the grease off!
God bless those who choose to build and maintain ski lifts. We need more young men and women to enter this fasinating and rewarding career. BUt..you will get yer hands dirty.

Pali at A-Basin is awesome. Major leg burner and totally wothr the views. I've left blood on the mountain because of where that lift serves.
Never skied in VT but the single chair at MGR is a must. I didn't know it was the fastest fixed grip chair in the country though. Bonus!
