Hello! I am writing a guidebook of statues, historical markers, museums, Womens Veteran Memorials, and other sites that honor women and individual women. I am having a hard time finding sites to include in your state. I would love to include any you, or your followers might suggest. Thank you!
There was J C Penny’s, Woolworths, Newburgh, Montgomery Wards and Sears was a catalogue small store , the A n P grocery store and don’t forget the bowling alley. It sure has changed which I saw on my last visit a few years ago.
